NOTICE TO PATIENTS

I would like to announce, with excitement and sadness, that I have been offered a great opportunity to work alongside multiple health care providers in a multidisciplinary practice.  I have accepted this offer which, unfortunately, means I will no longer able to see patients at Peak Performance Chiropractic & Sports Medicine.  This has been an especially difficult decision to make because this is a specialty practice where my current patients cannot follow.  Over the years I have made unforgettable relationships that I will always remember.  Working with each and every one of you has helped mold me in to the doctor who I am today, and I will forever cherish your trust and confidence.  This new professional journey will begin January 2020. If you need anything or have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me at joyhenrydc@gmail.com
